Small Fire in Okemos Home

A small fan on the floor of this basement bedroom in an Okemos home was the cause of this fire. Although the fire was caught and put out quickly, the damage spread throughout the bedroom and family room. Getting smoke odors out of fabrics is a long, tricky process. In this case, the carpet was replaced, and the entire basement meticulously cleaned, repainted, and ozoned.
